Marshfield Plaza is a 440,000 square foot regional shopping center located on the off ramp of I-57 and 119th Street in South Chicago. The center is anchored by Target and Jewel/Osco. Osman Construction was contracted for 220,000 square feet and the tenant build-outs of Petco, Staples, Marshalls, Anna's Linens, Nail Works, and Simply Fashion. As part of the City of Chicago's vision of the revitalization of South Chicago, Marshfield Plaza stands as the largest new shopping center in the area. This is also a LEED designed project.
