XSport Fitness

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

This Featured Project is a new XSport Fitness Center - located off I355 and Finley Road in Downers Grove. Osman was awarded the contract for the complete site development with approach roads and the construction of this new 46,000 square foot state-of-the-art health club fitness center.

Downers Grove XSport Fitness Center Includes:

· 325 Cardiovascular Machines with Cardio Theater

· Gym/Basketball Court

· 4 Lane 25-meter Lap Pool

· Whirlpool

· Training Rooms

· Locker Rooms

· Rock Climbing Wall

· Steam / Sauna Rooms

· Café

· Three Fitness Studios

· Spa / Hair Salon

· Tanning Rooms

· Pro Shop / Nutrition Store

· Child’s Play Area with Play Maze

· Staff Offices

· AV Equipment Throughout

Along with the Downers Grove Fitness Center, Osman has completed four additional projects for Capital Fitness, Inc.      (XSport Fitness)
