Ground up construction and site work for a 34,200 square foot retail center in Bedford Park. Osman Construction self performed the concrete, masonry and carpentry on this project.
Osman Construction completed the exterior as well as the "vanilla box" work: interior partitions, drywall, interior doors and "roughed in" plumbing for future restroom facilities.
Current tenants include Guitar Center, Jimmy Johns, H & R Block, America's Best, US Cellular, and Bank of America.
