PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Marshfield Plaza is a 450,000 square foot regional shopping center located at 119th Street in South Chicago. This retail center is anchored by a Target and Jewel/Osco store. Phase I included the construction of three free-standing buildings, including site work and the tenant build-out of Nail Works store. Phase II included the build-outs of Petco, Staples, Marshalls, Anna's Linens, and Simply Fashion. This project is part of the City of Chicago's vision of the revitalization of South Chicago and stands as the largest new shopping center in the City. The project received LEED Silver Certification.
