This new 27,000sf two-story Walgreens is located at the corner of State and Randolph and stands as the new Loop Walgreens Flagship Store. As general contractor, our team transformed the former Loehmann’s department store into this new upscale Pharmacy / Personal Health and Beauty Market Place. The new store includes grocery area with full liquor department, self-serve frozen yogurt kiosks along with a made to order sushi bar. The second floor includes the Pharmacy, Beauty and Home Departments. The Pharmacy includes a clinic with private consultation rooms for flu shots, blood-pressure screening and blood glucose tests. The new beauty and home departments includes a manicure station and full retail home supplies.
