Portillo’s hired Osman for the new construction of an 8,860SF restaurant with kitchen, main and private dining area located in Homewood, Illinois.

The Project features:

• Site work with utilities, an underground storm detention system, and landscape.
• The exterior building consisted of block, brick and EIFS.
• Extensive finish carpentry and millwork package.
• Ceramic floor and wall tile throughout.
• Hood installation and kitchen equipment hook-up.
• Concrete drive-thru and colored concrete outdoor patio.
