Jewel/Osco hired Osman to build their first LEED certified 65,000SF ground-up grocery store. in

The Project features:

• Complete development of site
• Installation of Caissons near existing underground tunnel
• Coordinating with Com Ed, MCI and CDOT for the protection of their power lines adjacent to the site
• Coordinating of timing for the installation of the steel while working over commuter train tracks
• Project required compliance with the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act as well as MBE/WBE participation and commitment to City of Chicago workers
• Complete green roofing system including all modules and plantings
• Osman Construction has completed over 120 new construction / renovation projects for Jewel/Osco throughout the Midwest.
