- Founded in Chicago in 1998 and is now part of the Bed Bath & Beyond Family
- Started with an empty warehouse and opened for manufacturing 111 working days later
- Consolidated operations from two other location
- Accommodates over 2000 employees during peak season
- Involved over 60,000 man hours
- Removal, replacement and upgrades to mechanical and electrical
- including new 2000 and 4000 amp electrical services
- Work also included new offices including Call Center and lunchrooms
- Involved close coordination with the client, including:
- moving existing production equipment
- installing new equipment
- sequencing setup
- equipment connections and startup
