Osman Construction Corporation was selected to provide general contracting services for the new construction of PNC Bank, Vernon Hills, IL. Osman’s long-standing relationship with PNC Bank has included ground-up branches in Chicago, Long Grove, Lake Zurich and Northbrook. Renovations have been completed to branches in Franklin Park, Algonquin and various Chicago area locations. These projects have all acquired LEED Silver certification.

The Project features:

• Full service ground-up facility.
• Site work includes utility installation and hook-ups, concrete walks, asphalt parking lot, signage and landscaping.
• The exterior included architectural metal panels, and a structural glass curtainwall system.
• The interior of the building included teller areas and offices consisting of custom millwork installation, raised access flooring, carpet and ceramic flooring, painting, wallcoverings, and acoustical ceilings.
