Riverview Plaza

This project was part of the Regency Centers redevelopment of Riverview Plaza, a 140,460 square foot neighborhood center located in the affluent Roscoe Village neighborhood of Chicago.

The project included all new exterior façade; upgraded architectural components; new parking lot; new walkways; site lighting; landscaping and signage. This project also included energy-efficient features such as an underground storm retention system, new roof throughout and a 7,000 square foot green roof covered with vegetation. LEED SILVER

All of the centers current retailers remained open throughout the duration of the project.
