The Project features:

• Development of a 5 acre site with a Geopier soil reinforcing system
• Parking lot accommodates 300+ cars
• Site work with utilities
• Precast building
• Core and shell, interior showroom, service and waiting areas, offices and a car wash
• Preservation of a 200 year old Oak Tree. This Oak Tree could live up to 400 years, and was protected by ensuring no construction within a 41 ft. diameter.
