• Site work with utilities
• Basements with a mat slab were installed in both dealership buildings due to expected hydraulic pressure
• The three buildings were structurally supported with Geopiers due to soil conditions
• Customer waiting areas, showrooms and service areas, reception area and offices
• The Mazda dealership showroom features a car lift
